Sar Suan Holiday Home Rentals
Baan Sar Suan is a housing complex build
by Brittle Star Resorts. All the houses have been
sold and some of the new owners have asked Brittle
Star Resorts to rent it for them for certain periods
as they are mainly used as holiday homes.
The houses are
3 stories high with a living, dining, kitchen,
guest toilet and a maid’s room with an attached
toilet on the ground floor. There is a common
back garden where you have an outside Thai cooking
area and a place to hang your washing. The front
of the house has a beautifully manicured lawn
and a landscaped garden with the largest swimming
pool in Hua Hin.
On the second floor,
you have a lounge area with a sofa set and cable
TV with a balcony over looking the pool. On the
other side is a bedroom with a balcony over looking
an empty plot of land and an en suite bathroom.
On the third floor
you have two bedrooms on either side both with
en suite bathrooms and with balconies one over
looking the pool and the other over looking the
empty plot of land. The bathrooms all have showers
with hot water.
All the bedrooms
are furnished with twin or double beds, wardrobes
and a dressing table. The whole house is air-conditioned.
The living room has a sofa set with cable TV,
telephone and French windows. The dining room
has a 6 set dining table with chairs. The kitchen
is equipped with all the amenities like, cooker,
large fridge, hot water flask, washing machine,
cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils sufficient
for 12 people, cabinets and a wash- basin.
